2026 2nd IEEE International Conference on Smart Power Control & Renewable Energy
4–6 December 2026 | NIT Rourkela, Odisha, India
Camera-Ready Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers must prepare and submit their final camera-ready manuscript following the steps below. Please read every section carefully before uploading your final paper — incomplete or non-compliant submissions may not be forwarded for publication in IEEE Xplore.
Refer to the Call for Papers for the exact page-limit and formatting policy for ICSPCRE-2026, or reach out via our contact section for any queries.
Conditions for Provisional Acceptance
Your paper is accepted provisionally and recommended for presentation ONLY if all conditions below are met
Mandatory Conditions
- Registration: One or more author(s) must register by paying the required registration fee. Unregistered papers will not be considered accepted and will not be included in the proceedings. Authors are requested to visit the conference website for further instructions related to registration, and use the payment link for the same.
- Author(s) are advised to incorporate the reviewers' comments in the final manuscript (Camera-Ready Paper), which needs to be uploaded to the CMT portal.
- Authors have to address all the reviewers' comments through a "Response Sheet", which will be uploaded using the "Upload Supplementary Material" link (Review Comments will be activated after 15.09.2026). (Mandatory)
- Author(s) must ensure that the total similarity score of the final camera-ready paper (CRP) is less than 30% (including references), and that no single source has a similarity score of more than 5%, as determined by a plagiarism detection programme such as iThenticate: Plagiarism Detection Software — WITH ZERO AI CONTENT. If the similarity index and AI content of the CRP are not found as per the criteria above, it will not be considered for final submission to IEEE Xplore.
- Authors are urged to ensure that the camera-ready paper strictly follows the IEEE Template given on the conference website. Camera-ready papers that do not meet the template requirements may not be submitted for further consideration by IEEE Xplore.
- The number of pages in the final Camera-Ready Paper must be within 06 pages. An extra 2 pages will be allowed with Extra Page Charges, as mentioned on the conference website.

- Authors are fully responsible for the plagiarism check of the final manuscript before it is uploaded to IEEE Xplore. Please review the IEEE plagiarism policy for details.
- The paper title, author names, and author order must not be changed while submitting the final manuscript from what was originally submitted for review.
- Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore only if at least one author completes full registration and the paper is presented at the conference.
- Carefully address all reviewers' comments and incorporate the suggested revisions in the camera-ready final paper.
